Bookings

  • Any errors in names, dates, or travel details may result in additional charges or booking cancellation.

Prices & Payments

  • Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.

  • All prices are quoted in GBP unless stated otherwise.

  • Full payment or a required deposit must be made by the specified deadline.

  • Failure to make payment on time may result in cancellation without refund.

Cancellations & Amendments

By the Cutomer

  • Cancellation or amendment requests must be made in writing.

  • Cancellation charges may apply depending on the supplier’s terms (airlines, hotels, tour operators).

  • Some bookings may be non-refundable or non-changeable.

By us (the service provider)

  • We reserve the right to cancel or amend bookings due to circumstances beyond our control, including supplier changes, force majeure events, or insufficient participation.

  • In such cases, refunds or alternatives will be offered in line with supplier policies.

Refunds

  • Service fees charged by Baraklan Adventures Ltd are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Travel Documents & Requirements

  • It is your responsibility to ensure you hold valid passports, visas, and any required travel documentation.

  • We are not responsible for denied boarding, entry refusal, or losses arising from incorrect or missing documentation.

Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend that all customers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.

  • Failure to obtain adequate insurance is at your own risk.
